Sports in Malta

Our project dealt with two of the most important sports in Malta. We had a close look at football and the influence it has on the Maltese people, as well as its relation to European football, of course especially to German football.

The second sport we chose was bird-shooting, which was new to us because it's not common in the EU, but very popular in Malta. We looked at some socio-critical aspects because there is pro and contra for this sport in Malta's society.

As a kind of interaction we had a discussion board, where people could write down their opinion about bird-shooting.
