Experiencing the Exhibits

The market exhibits combined the field work of the excursioners with the research done at home by the GLC students who could not take part in the excursion. We were pleased to see a number of visitors from outside the University community looking carefully at our exhibits: retired couples planning trips to Malta, a mother with young children, the parents of a former student. We hope they, as well as the University staff and students who came to the Market, took advantage of the opportunities for interaction (history trail quiz, language worksheet, opinion-sharing on the popular Maltese sport of bird-shooting) and enjoyed our multi-media presentations!
