Fresh from Malta

To smell and taste a new cuisine, to experience this part of a culture always fascinates me. When I imagine a market in Valletta I can almost smell the exotic spices from the East, see the colourful fruits and vegetables, the fresh fish from the Mediterranean, can hear people chat and discuss recipes…

With the Maltese Café we tried to bring some of the most typical drinks and dishes from Malta to Siegen so that everybody could enjoy them!
