Nina Hannaford created an attractive
Irish cookbook, illustrated with Gaelic designs, to sell at the Fair. The
cookbooks sold out so quickly that she had to take orders for additional
ones! Here are Nina's recipes for St. Patrick's Day soup and shortbread. (See

Other members of the food group had looked for recipes in the internet,
and Nina selected nine recipes: St. Patrick's Day soup, Irish stew, Irish
stew dumplings, Dublin coddle, boxty (potato griddle cakes), scones, shortbread,
squares (currant or raspberry), Irish coffee.
