It was very nice and interesting to see so many impressive sights in North Yorkshire that day, like the ruins of Whitby Abbey and Whitby’s street scene, but my personal highlight there was the view of the sea! It was amazing! I felt like I wasn’t in modern Great Britain at all.

What a feeling ;-)

The sunshine, the sea, the warm sand, the shells lying everywhere and all the interesting people around me! Everything was great! We took a lot of photos and put our feet in the water!

Very picturesque – on one side there is the skyline of Whitby, which is full of ruins, and then there is the never-ending sea!
