Our excursion to Bath was just awesome! We got to know other students, made new friends, saw a beautiful city and experienced trips, for example to Stonehenge. Every single day was some sort of adventure because each day had its own highlights. Our trips to Stonehenge, Avebury and so on were definitely highlights but one day I also liked very much was a day we went up to a tower to have an overview of Bath. We did not manage to get to the tower because it was closed so we stopped close to a park. There we walked up the hill as far as we could and this view was just amazing! We were able to see the whole city and when we sat down to enjoy that beautiful view during the sunset, a hot-air balloon started to go up. Suddenly another one and after a few minutes there were several. Somehow I loved the atmosphere: the good weather, the view, the place.
Well, now you could ask: And this was your highlight? Actually there were so many highlights that I just cannot tell which I liked the most. However I think so many people will write about Stonehenge or the Abbey so I thought of something different.
I would like to finish by telling you that this excursion was a success and I'm already thinking about joining the next excursion!
