One of my personal highlights was the coach trip to Exmoor, especially admiring our driver Kevin’s skills in taking the coach up and down hills it certainly wasn’t designed for! The ride up the Lynton-Lynmouth cliff railway was also something really special, and you just can’t help but admire the skills of those Victorian engineers. Also the magic of the walk up Glastonbury Tor and the magnificent view across the Somerset Levels (or mists of Avalon, if you prefer!). Lastly, I’d like to nominate the super weather we enjoyed as top highlight. I’m sure it heightened our mood!
