I have to say that my highlight was the internship with Bath Film Festivals! Val Lyon who took care of me and Svenja is a marvellous woman. It was great to speak with her because she could really tell us fascinating information. I was surprised to hear that she studied chemistry and later worked for Disney! Doesn't really fit together, does it? However, it showed me again that it isn't always important what you study or learn. You have to show attitude and to work hard! Moreover, we learned about market research and fundraising which is quite interesting. Finally, we had to create a questionnaire for this year's film festival and when we had finished, Val was really impressed and complimented us on it. I can say that I learned a lot on this day and enjoyed talking to Val very much. Thank you, Val!
