When I think back to the time in Bath, one of my personal highlights was asking people for help, to fill out the questionnaire about Bath. I once went into a housing estate agency and asked two ladies about the "loo link" - which was definitely the most difficult question on this questionnaire - but they had never heard of it and could not help me out. After leaving their office I asked some more people for help, but no one could answer the "loo link" one. When I passed by the estate agency again,they waved at me to come in. They said that they were trying to find the answer to the "loo link" question, but unfortunately they could not even find it on the internet. Instead they helped me to answer some other questions.
I was overwhelmed by their enthusiasm and their friendliness.
